Dobrá kontrola těžkého refrakterního astmatu během těhotenství je velmi důležitá jak pro matku, tak i pro dítě. S terapií anti-IL-5 v graviditě není zatím mnoho zkušeností. Následující sdělení popisuje kazuistiku ženy s těžkým refrakterním kortikodependentním asthma bronchiale, která byla během těhotenství léčena mepolizumabem.

Good control of severe refractory asthma during pregnancy is very important for both the mother and the child. We don't have much experience with anti-IL5 therapy in pregnancy so far. The following article describes the case report of a woman with severe refractory cor- tico-dependent bronchial asthma who was treated with mepolizumab during her pregnancy.
