Tato práce úvodem shrnuje indikace a mechanismus účinku ribociklibu. Na kazuistice 75leté pacientky léčené ribociklibem v kombinaci s fulvestrantem pak demonstrujeme naše poznatky, které v závěru srovnáváme s bezpečnostním profilem z registrační studie MONALEESA-3. Pacientka léčbu toleruje velmi dobře, bez nutnosti redukce dávky, a hlavně bez výraznější toxicity.

This report summarizes the indications and mechanism of action of ribociclib. We then demonstrate our findings in a case report of a 75-year-old patient treated with ribociclib in combination with fulvestrant, which we conclude by comparing with the safety profile from the MONALEESA-3 registration study. The patient tolerated the treatment very well, with no need for dose reduction and, most importantly, no significant toxicity.
