Výskyt syndromu chronického srdečního selhání v České republice je odhadován na téměř tři procenta celé populace a počet nemocných se stále zvyšuje. Cílem observační studie je zmapovat aktuální stav farmakologické a nefarmakologické léčby a úroveň péče o ambulantní pacienty s chronickým srdečním selháním.

The prevalence of chronic heart failure syndrome is estimated to almost three percent of the total population in the Czech Republic and the number of patients still increases. The aim of the observational study is to map the current status of the medical and non-pharmacological therapy and the level of chronic heart failure outpatient care.
