164 women with inflammatory diseases of genitals were observed to study lymphocytes' sub/population profile in peripheral blood in the background of persistent viral and bacterial infections depending on reproductive function condition. In patients with non-infringement reproductive function there were not expressed changes of lymphocytes' population profile and activity CD25 lymphocytes increase was marked. In the women with pregnancy losses in anamnesis with a various degree of infringement the picture of differently directed changes of lymphocytes' populations profile was observed. Infertile women had expressed depression of T-cellular link with decrease in the general maintenance of both T-cells and T-helpers; as well as increase of active lymphocytes with expressed apoptosis.

The paper presents the research results of varying severity experimental hypoxia influences on the content of cytokines (IGF-1, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-γ) in organs, tissues and cells (blood, liver, brain, uterus, adrenal glands, placenta, placental lymphocytes and macrophages) of pregnant rats. The results showed the increase of pro-inflammatory cytokines synthesis on the local and system levels during experimental hypoxia augmentation. There was found the difference between placental lymphocytes and macrophages secretion. These changes of cytokine profile leads to local deficiency of anti-inflammatory factors and indicate on development of pregnancy complications and “mother-placenta-fetus” system dysfunction.

Examination of immunity disorders at the system and local levels in pregnant women with persistent mycoplasma infection has been carried out. The analysis has revealed depression of circulating in blood CD3 and CD4 , increase of CD16 and CD19 , decrease of activated CD25 and ready to adaptation CD95 lymphocytes. Studies of the concentration of cytokines at the local level (cervical mucus) in pregnant women with mycoplasma infection showed a significant increase in concentrations of both proinflammatory (TNF-ά, IL-6) and anti-inflammatory (IL-4 in 4.5 times) cytokines compared with controls group (P <0.05 and P <0.01), which confirms the presence of an inflammatory process not only at the system level, but locally. That means that pregnant women with mycoplasma infection in comparison with healthy pregnant women were indicated with violations of the regulation system of cytokines in peripheral blood and locally in the cervical mucus. It is characterized by increased TH-1 cell response to the increasing fusion of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1, IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-ά), and pointed to the imbalance of their products, which may be a factor in this pregnancy complication.
