Autoři předkládají odborné veřejnosti své názory na kombinaci intenzivní individuální LTV dle manželů Koscielny z Polska s balneoterapií jódobromovou solankou v LS Klimkovice. Autoři jsou názoru, že tato kombinace léčivých vlivů posunuje léčbu vrozených nebo získaných poruch řízení pohybu na vyšší úroveň a je reprezentantem komplexní léčby v pojetí oboru psycho-neuro-imuno-endokrinologie.
The authors submit to the expert public their views on a combination of intensive individual therapeutic exercise according to spouses Koscielny from Poland with balneotherapy iodine-bromine brine in Spa Klimkovice. The authors are of the opinion that this combination of medicinal effects can shift the treatment of congenital and acquired disorders in motion control to the next level. This therapeutic approach is also the representative of a comprehensive treatment in the field of psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrinology.

Článek přináší numerický i finanční přehled lůžek zdravotní péče v ČR. Upozorňuje na skutečnost, že lázně plní funkci rehabilitačních lůžek následné péče, a tím se zásadně odlišují od lázní ve světě. Legislativní regulace se u dospělých týká pouze léčby v lázních, nikoli ostatních lůžek následné péče. U dětí se použí¬vá indikační seznam pro lázně a odborné léčebné ústavy. Autoři navrhují systémové řešení přinášející významnou úsporu ve zdravotnictví zavedením jednotného indikačního seznamu pro všechna lůžka následné péče.
The article brings numerous and financial review of successive care beds in Czech Republic. The authors emphasize the fact, that the spa fulfill the function of successive care beds what makes the essential diffe- rence from the spa abroad. The law rules for the adult health care are concerned only to the spa treatment, not to the other types of successive health care. In children health care, there is ušed the list of indications in the spa treatment and the specialized treatment institutes. The authors suggest the systemathical solution of this problem, that can bring the significant savings in health care. This solution is connected with implementation of uniform list of indications for all beds of successive health care.
