Stenózy nepárových viscerálních tepen jsou zřídka diagnostikovány. Pacienti se stenózami dvou nebo tří tepen často přicházejí s postprandiální abdominální bolestí nazývanou abdominální angína a váhovým úbytkem. V naší práci prezentujeme kazuistiky tří symptomatických pacientů se stenózami nepárových viscerálních tepen, které jsme diagnostikovali na podkladě dopplerovského cévního vyšetření a CT angiografie břišních tepen.

Stenoses of non-paired visceral arteries are rarely diagnosed. Patients with stenosis of two or three arteries often present with postprandial abdominal pain called abdominal angina and weight loss. The case reports of three symptomatic patients with stenosis of non-paired visceral arteries diagnosed by Doppler vascular assessment and CT angiography of abdominal arteries are presented in our paper.
