Tématem práce je pokus ověřit použitelnost a užitečnost některých prvků jednoho typu strukturované zdravotnické dokumentace v posudkovém lékařství. Jde o tak zvanou problémově orientovanou zdravotnickou dokumentaci a o její klíčový prvek, dynamicky formulovanou diagnózu. Její užití je ukázáno na jednoročním souboru vlastních posudků, týkajících se tří diagnostických skupin, kardiologické, neurologické a psychiatrické jako ilustrace tří odlišných stupňů posuzovaných lékařských dat, a tedy i tří stupňů posudkové obtížnosti. Pro větší názornost je výběr zúžen na tři typické diagnózy: ischemická choroba srdeční, vertebrogenní algický syndrom, smíšená úzkostně depresivní porucha.
The topic of the paper is the attempt to verify applicability and utility of some elements of one type of a structured health documentation in review medicine. It is so called problem oriented health documentation and its key element – diagnosis formulated in a dynamic way. Its application is presented on a one year sample of review reports related to three diagnostic groups – cardiological, neurological and psychiatric – the illustration of the three different degrees of assessed medical data and thus also three degrees of different demands. The selection was narrowed to three typical diagnosis: ischemic heart disease, vertebral algic syndrome and mixed anxiety depressive disorder.
