Autor příspěvku prezentuje zkušenosti s využíváním originální interaktivní znalostní hry. Tu lze využít pro zjištění úrovně znalostí zaměstnanců v určité oblasti a díky tomu lépe naplánovat vzdělávací aktivity. Hra je však dobře využitelná i pro získávání zpětné vazby na účinnost již proběhlých vzdělávacích akcí v rámci zdravotnického zařízení.
Author presents experience with the use of original interactive knowledge-based game. This can be used to determine the level of knowledge in a particular area and thus better plan educational activities. The game can also be used to gather feedback on the effectiveness of training events held within the medical facility.

Práce informuje o počítačovém simulátoru (GI Mentor II) používaném pro počáteční výcvik v digestivní endoskopii. Vysoce sofistikované zařízení používá skutečné endoskopy a virtuální akcesoria. Tréninkový program začíná sérií cvičení k posílení zrakové a manuální koordinace. Interaktivní počítačový simulátor obsahuje moduly pro výcvik v gastroskopii, koloskopii, endoskopické retrográdní cholangio-pankreatografii a k endoskopické léčbě gastrointestinálního krvácení. Virtuální knihovna obsahuje 88 vysoce věrohodných případů diagnostických a terapeutických případů. Počítačový endoskopický simulátor umožňuje školeným naučit se a osvojit si základní endoskopické znalosti a technické dovednosti dříve, než začnou sami endoskopovat pacienty. Zařízení umožňuje zkrátit školící proces k získání potřebné způsobilosti v digestivní endoskopii.
This paper reports on a computer-based simulator (GI Mentor II) used for initial training in digestive endoscopy. The highly sophisticated apparatus employs real endoscopes and virtual accessories. The training programme starts with a group of exercises, specially designed to enhance eye-hand coordination. Interactive computerised simulator contains modules for training in gastroscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography and endoscopic control of gastrointestinal bleeding. Virtual library contains 88 authentic cases of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Computer-based endoscopy simulators enable trainees to learn and gain technical endoscopic skills before operating on patients. It has the potential to shorten the learning process to competency in digestive endoscopy.

Příspěvek shrnuje aktuální zkušenosti s interakčními cvičeními, která proběhla v rámci psychologické přípravy učitelů 1.stupně ZŠ podle nově koncipovaného pojetí se zaměřením na utváření zdravých interakcí. Práce navazuje na šetření prezentovaná na předcházejících konferencích výzkumného záměru „Škola a zdraví pro 21. století“. Referuje o povaze modelových interakcí a skupinové zpětné vazbě jako podstatných faktorech interakčního učení v kontextu řešení modelových problémových situací, skupinové diskuse a experimentace se vzorci vlastního chování.
This paper summarises recent experience in interactive exercises that were carried out within the psychological training of elementary school teachers in accordance with the newly conceived approach, as focused to develop sane interactions. This work continues the investigation presented in the previous conferences of the research project “School and health for 21st century”. Reviewed are the nature of model interactions and the group feedback, being substantial factors of the interactive learning in context of solutions of model problem situations, group discussion, and experimenting with own/ individual behaviour patterns.

Společenské změny ovlivňují výkon lékařské profese. Lékaři tlaky na změny statusu vnímají a vyžadují, aby školy ve svých studijních programech tyto změny akceptovaly. Projekt EU „Systém psychosociální prevence pro studenty všeobecného lékařství“ realizovaný v rámci LF UP v Olomouci, na tyto výzvy reaguje. Staví na informacích získaných výzkumnými šetřeními realizovanými v letech 2003 – 2008 s cílem zjistit názory studentů na to, jak je studium vybavuje pro lékařskou profesi, jejich představy o obsahu role lékaře a jejich obavy ve vztahu s nástupem do zaměstnání. V rámci projektu bylo vytvořeno a ověřeno pět vzdělávacích modulů vztahující se k psychosociálním preventivním strategiím podporujícím zvýšení kvality života v roli lékaře.
Social changes have a great influence on the medical profession.The doctors fell the impulses for changes of the status and demand that the medical schools would incorporate these changes into their studying programmes. The EU project called „ The system of psychosocial prevention for the general medicine students that was carried out at LF UP Olomouc does react to these appeals. It is based on the information that were gained through a research carried out in the years 2003 – 2008 with the aim to find out opinions of the medical students about how the studies prepares them for the duty of their profession, their ideas about the role of the doctor and their worries about starting the profession.Withing the framework of this project there were created and verified five educational models that are connected to the psychosocial preventive strategies supporting the increase of the quality of life in the role of a doctor.
