Antidepresiva představují základní a efektivní terapeutický přístup nejen v léčbě depresivních poruch, ale v rámci komedikace i v řadě jiných neuropsychiatrických onemocnění. V rámci tohoto přehledového článku jsou shrnuty nejčastější nežádoucí účinky nejčastěji používaných antidepresiv v České republice s ohledem na onkologické pacienty a jejich specifické potřeby a zranitelnost. Tyto nežádoucí účinky mají většinou zcela logické vysvětlení na základě jejich receptorového profilu, popř. farmakokinetiky. V tomto kontextu jsou sumarizovány i výhody a nevýhody těchto osmi vybraných nejběžněji používaných antidepresiv u onkologických pacientů především z pohledu snášenlivosti a jejich žádoucích i nežádoucích aditivních efektů.
Antidepressants represent an essential and effective therapeutic approach in treating depressive disorders and many other neuropsychiatric diseases. This review article summarises the most common adverse effects of the most commonly used antidepressants in the Czech Republic with respect to the frailty of cancer patients and their specific needs. These side effects usually have a completely logical explanation based on their receptor profile or pharmacokinetics. In this context, the advantages and disadvantages of these selected most commonly used antidepressants in cancer patients are summarised, especially regarding their tolerability and their desirable and undesirable additive effects.
