Lékárna je zdravotnickým zařízením, do kterého pacienti přicházejí ještě před samotnou návštěvou lékaře, a to s mírnými akutními či chronickými obtížemi spojenými s kašlem. Role farmaceuta při poradenské činnosti v rámci samoléčby je klíčová, neboť bez správného zhodnocení stavu pacienta je obtížné zvolit správnou léčbu a režimová opatření. Na trhu je v současné době k dispozici široká paleta volně prodejných léčivých přípravků, o nichž by měl mít farmaceut i farmaceutický asistent přehled a ovládat jejich indikace, kontraindikace, dávkování a potenciální rizika. Cílem článku je uvést možnosti zhodnocení pacientova stavu a vytvořit aktuální přehled volně prodejných léčivých přípravků, jejich lékových forem a dávkovacích schémat, které lze pro symptomatologickou léčbu suchého dráždivého a produktivního kašle v lékárně zvolit.
A pharmacy is a medical facility to which patients come even before the doctor's visit, either with mild acute or chronic cough-related problems. The pharmacist's role in self-medication counseling is crucial, because without proper evaluation of the patient's condition, it is difficult to choose the right treatment and regimen measures. There is currently a wide variety of over-the-counter medicinal products available on the market and the pharmacist and pharmaceutical assistant should be aware of their indications, contraindications, dosage regiment and potential risks. The aim of the article is to present the possibilities of evaluating the patient's condition and to create an up-to-date overview of over-the-counter medicinal products, their dosage forms and dosage schemes, which can be chosen in the pharmacy for the symptomatic treatment of dry and productive cough.
Článek se zabývá aspekty poskytování farmaceutické péče u pacientů s asthma bronchiale a chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí, pro níž je pro farmaceuta klíčová znalost správné manipulace s inhalátorem a správná inhalační technika. Text sumarizuje registrované inhalátory na českém trhu s práškovou lékovou formou (inhalátory pevných částic), u každého inhalátoru shrnuje informace týkající se poučení pacienta o správném používání, představuje správný inhalační manévr a informace nutné k údržbě inhalátoru.
The following article deals with aspects of providing pharmaceutical care in patients with asthma bronchiale and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, for which the pharmacist's knowledge of the correct manipulation technique of inhaler devices is significant. Furthermore it summarizes all inhalers available on the Czech market containing dry-powder dosage form (solid dosage form inhalers) and for each inhaler presents information relating to proper instructions for patient about correct use, correct inhaler technique and maintenance of the inhaler.
