Autoři demonstrují případ masivní recidivující hematurie do dutého systému pravé ledviny po perkutánní extrakci konkrementu, který řešili selektivní embolizací poškozené intrarenální tepny kovovou spirálou.
The case of a patient with massive recurrent hematuria into the urinary system of the right kidney which occured after percutaneous nephrolithotomy is described. Hematuria was resolved by selective embolization of damaged intrarenal artery by using a metal coil.
