Autorky uvádzajú kazuistiku 68ročnej pacientky s liposarkómom na ľavom stehne a metastázami do ľavého prsníka. Pacientka bola operovaná a dostala chemoterapiu. Za 2 roky došlo k recidíve metastáz v ľavom prsníku, prečo mala vykonanú abláciu s exenteráciou lymfatických uzlín v ľavej axile. Následne dostala rádioterapiu a v tom čase došlo ku vzniku bulózneho pemfigoidu, ktorý bol diagnostikovaný na základe anamnézy, klinického obrazu, histologického a imunohistologického vyšetrenia. Na základe priebehu ochorenia - vznik bulózneho pemfigoidu po recidíve metastáz liposarkómu - autorky považujú pemfigoid za paraneoplastický.
The authors present the case-history of a 68-year-old patient with liposarcoma on the left thigh with secondaries in the left breast. The patient was operated and had chemotherapy. After two years she developed a relapse of secondaries in the left breast. Therefore ablation with exenteration of lymph nodes in the left axilla was performed. Subsequently she had radiotherapy and at that time she developed a bullous pemphigoid which was diagnosed with regard to the case-history, clinical picture and histological and immunohistological examination. Based on the course of the disease - the development of bullous pemphigoid after relapse of the secondaries of liposarcoma and regression of the bullous pemphigoid during regression of the liposarcoma - the authors consider the pemphigoid paraneoplastic.
