The work studies hemodynamic profile during propofol-ketamine anesthesia versus the propofol-promedol one. 159 acquired patients undergoing surgical correction with mean age 5.5±2.6; 4.3±1.2 subsequently were included. MAP, CI, HR, SI, EF, SVR were investigated. It is suggested that propofol-ketamine versus propofol-promedol general anesthesia provides stable hemodynamic profile during the surgery.
