Etická komise ČMPS navrhla vodítka, reflektující psychologickou znaleckou praxi včetně posudků vznikajících na objednávku soukromých osob a předložila je v panelovou diskusi na Psychologických dnech v Olomouci dne 15. září 2022. Cílem panelové diskuse bylo prostřednictvím odborné veřejnosti návrh etických vodítek oponovat a zároveň diskusí o tomto materiálu zvědomit etická a odborná specifika psychologie v oblasti znalectví, posuzování a vydávání posudků a zpráv a zvýšit etickou citlivost v této oblasti. Zpráva informuje o diskutovaných tématech a přináší výstupy z panelové diskuse.
The Ethics Committee of the CMPS has proposed guidelines reflecting psychological forensic practice, including reports prepared on the order of private persons, and presented them in a panel discussion at the Psychological Days in Olomouc on 15 September 2022. The aim of the panel discussion was to oppose the draft ethical guidelines through the professional community and, at the same time, to raise awareness of the ethical and professional specifics of psychology in the field of the expert witness, assessment and issuance of opinions and reports and to increase ethical sensitivity in this area. The report presents the topics discussed and provides the outcomes of the panel discussion.
An innovative approach to the modelling of distribution of volatile organic contaminants in the system soil dry matter ? soil water ? soil air is presented. An extended sorption coefficient is introduced comprising specific sorption on silicon- and aluminium-based soil constituents. The model was verified experimentally by the laboratory-scale simulation of tetrachloroethene sorption. The contaminated model samples were analyzed. The resulting distribution model confirmed the validity and practical importance of the extended soil sorption coefficient, which can be easily obtained by elemental analysis of the soil.
Attempts at quantification of gas contents in the determination of volatile organic compounds in soils were made. The static headspace technique and methanol extraction followed by thermal desorption and gas chromatography were compared. Soils with different physicochemical properties were contaminated by treatment with vapour from an aqueous solution of perchloroethylene (PCE) of the concentration 140 mg l?1. Soil spiking in a modified desiccator took place for up to 24 h. After exposure the samples were analyzed within two days. Gas extraction can rapidly provide quantitative data on PCE concentration in soils. The results were not significantly different from those obtained by more expensive and time-consuming liquid extraction.
