Príspevok pojednáva o potrebe špecializovanej ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti o obete sexuálneho násilia, ktorá je v zahraničí známa pod označením SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner). Poukazuje na význam SANE jak z hľadiska komfortu obetí pri medicínsko-forenznom vyšetrení, ako aj z hľadiska zvyšovania úrovne vymožiteľnosti práva. Vychádzajúc zo štandardov Medzinárodnej asociácie forenzných sestier, sumarizuje obsah a rozsah špecializačného vzdelávania sestier v predmetnej problematike. Napokon apeluje na potrebu budovania špecializovaných koordinovaných multidisciplinárnych služieb pre obete sexuálneho násilia, pričom integrálnou súčasťou týchto služieb by bola aj SANE sestra.
This paper discusses the need of specialized nursing care for victims of sexual violence known abroad as SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner). It points out the importance of SANE both in terms of victims ́ comfort within medical forensic examinations and in terms of enhancing the level of law enforcement. Based on the standards of the International Association of Forensic Nurses, it summarizes the content and scope of nursing training in relation to this subject. Lastly, it calls for the need to set up specialized coordinated multidisciplinary services for victims of sexual violence with the SANE nurse being an integral part of these services.
