Príspevok približuje informácie o informovanosti pri ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti u pacientov v celkovej anestézii. Informácie, periooperačná starostlivosť, kompletný multiodborovo zohratý tím a rodina počas periooperačného obdobia sú veľmi dôležité na pochopenie, podporu, zvládnutie a rekonvalescenciu pacienta.
The contribution brings informations of knowledgeableness in patient at pre-operational care total anaesthesia. Information, peri-surgical care, complex multidisciplinary team and family during perisurgical period are very important for understanding, support, management and reconvelescence of the patient.
The aim of this study was to assess the satisfaction of the oncologic patients and their family members with the quality of communication in the health care institutes. The sample consisted of 100 random selected respondents. Quationary method were used for this research. The results were analyzed statisticly. Our findings show that the satisfaction of the oncologic patients and their family members with communication is good. Anyway we found some limitations. We suggest to improve communication skills to increase satisfaction of psychical and social needs of the patients. It is also necessary to motivate nurses to systematic, continual education in communication with oncologic patient.
