Autoři připomínají základní principy terapie vrozené katarakty, rozpracovávají je v projektu „Komplexní péče o děti s vrozeným šedým zákalem“ a seznamují oftalmologickou veřejnost s organizací screeningu vrozené katarakty v České republice.
The authors remind of the basic principles of therapy of congenital cataract. The problem is elaborated in the project „Comprehensive care of children with inborn cataract“ and the authors inform the ophthalmological communmity on the organization of screening of inborn cataract in the Czech Republic.
