Prezentace předkládá rozbor problematiky financování zdravotní péče ve FN Olomouc s vazbou na zdravotnictví jako celek. Otevíráme diskuzi na vztah adekvátního financování a zvyšování kvality poskytované péče. Stejně jako v jiných státech, tak i v České republice, má financování zdravotnictví svojí historii a vytvořené samotné politikum. Od částečně solidárního systému, přes systém, kdy veškerá zdravotní péče byla hrazena prostřednictví státu, až po současnost, kdy se musíme zamyslet nad tím, jak bude zdravotnictví v budoucnosti vypadat. Přednáška provádí rozbor na úrovni vnějších i vnitřních faktorů, které zásadně ovlivňují finanční situaci vlastní organizace a předkládá „ideální“ stav.
Presentation by analysis of the problems of financing health care in the University Hospital Olomouc with a link to health care as a whole. We open the discussion on the relationship between adequate funding and improving the quality of care. As in other countries, and in the Czech Republic, health care financing has its history and made itself a political issue. Since part of solidarity, through a system where all health care was covered through the state, to the present day, when we think about how the health sector in the future will look like. Lecture by the analysis provided by the external and internal factors that significantly affect the financial situation of their own organization and by “ideal” state.

Kvalita a bezpečí zdravotní péče je jednou z priorit naší nemocnice a skutečností je, že pacient tuto péči čím dál více vyžaduje. Uvedená prezentace má představit fakultní nemocnici jako „továrnu“ na zdraví s výstupy, jak hodnotí zdravotní péči dvě nedílné složky nemocnice - spotřebitelé - pacient a poskytovatelé - management, který je rozpracován do pohledu TOP managementu a středního managementu nemocnice. Přednáška zpracovává globální pohled na uvedenou problematiku, která vznikla při tvorbě strategie nemocnice a představuje skutečnosti, které zasahují do historie nemocnice, lékařské etiky a zdravotní politiky státu.
Quality and safety of health care is one of the priorities of our hospital and the fact is that the patient care that is increasingly required. The presentation is to introduce the teaching hospital as a “factory” in health outcomes assessment of the health-care hospital two integral components - consumers - patients and providers - Management, which is developed in view of top management and middle management of the hospital. Lecture handles global view on this subject, which was to create a strategy for hospitals and the factors which affect the history of the hospital, medical ethics and health policy of the state.

Úhrada léků v centrech vede ke zvýšení kvality léčby a nabízí i rozšíření její dostupnosti. Nemocnicím, ale přináší indukované náklady, které nejsou hrazeny mimo historické paušály.

Univerzitní nemocnice bude prestižním specializovaným zdravotnickým zařízením.Vznikne fúzí FN a LF jako obchodní společnost a bude součástí základní sítě poskytovatelů v majetku státu.Výhodou bude jednotná koncentrace na poskytování zdravotní péče,výuky a vědy s hlavním cílem maximalizovat bezpečí pacientů.
University Hospitals will be prestigious specialized medical equipments. They are going to originate from Teaching Hospitals and Schools of Medicine as trading companies and they will be parts of the basic net of health services providers. University Hospitals' advantage will be the joint concentration of health care, education and science with the principal aim at maximizing the patiens' safety.
Human pain studies require a multidimensional evaluation for the complex understanding of the stated problem. For this reason, not only the subjective verbal evaluations but also objective indices are considered. To estimate the latter ones, autonomic, vasomotor and electrodermal responses to electric stimulation were selected in the presented study together with the verbal assessment. In comparison with the chronic non-malignant pain patients, different findings were obtained in healthy subjects, both in the objective and subjective indices. In the second part of the study, the analgesic effects of acetylsalicylic acid or codeine or placebo were compared under indentical experimental conditions. The differences were less impressive than those found in the first part of the study. The antinociceptive effect was registered only after codeine administration.
