Studie je zaměřena na ověření využitelnosti mezinárodních ošetřovatelských klasifikací NANDA-Int. a NIC a jejich implementaci v elektronickém protokolu ošetřovatelských dat domácí péče. Pro účely ošetřovatelského diagnostického zvažování u klientů domácípéče bude vytvořen relevantní soubor diagnóz NANDA-Int. K relevantnímu souboru ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-Int. bude vytvořena česká verze ošetřovatelských intervencí NIC, respektující českou legislativu a kompetence sester. Soubor ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA- Int. a česká verze odpovídajících komponent NIC budou implementovány do elektronického protokolu pro sběr ošetřovatelských dat v domácí péči. Výstupem projektu bude inovativní, efektivnější a kvantifikovatelná metoda dokumentování ošetřovatelských dat v domácí péči.; The study focuses on the verification of the utility of NANDA-Int. a NIC international nursing classifications and their implementation in the electronic report of nursing data of home care. For purposes of nursing diagnostic assessment in clients of home care a relevant NANDA-Int. set of nursing diagnoses will be created. This will be followed by the Czech version of NIC nursing interventions which will be in compliance with the Czech legislation and nurses´competences. The NANDA- Int. set of nursing diagnoses and the Czech version of corresponding NIC components will be implemented into the electronic report for nursing data collection in home care. The outcome of the project will be an innovative, more effective and quantifiable method of documenting nursing data in home care.

Cíl: Cílem zahajovaného projektu je navrhnout soubor ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-International (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association) pro diagnostiku v domácí péči, sestavit odpovídající soubor ošetřovatelských intervencí NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) a prostřednictvím nově vytvořeného elektronického formuláře ověřit využití obou klasifikačních systémů v domácí péči. Metody: Demografická data a data k rozpoznání ošetřovatelských diagnóz budou sbírána na podzim 2009 u vzorku klientů vybrané agentury domácí péče (přibližně 200 probandů). Soubory testovaných ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-Int. a intervencí NIC budou vytvořeny expertními skupinami a následně šetřeny u citované skupiny probandů. Výsledky: Záměrem je ověřit využitelnost mezinárodních ošetřovatelských klasifikací NANDA-Int. a NIC v domácí péči a implementovat jejich doložitelně vhodné komponenty do elektronického protokolu ošetřovatelských dat. Pro zjištěné ošetřovatelské problémy bude vytvořena nabídka ošetřovatelských intervencí (NIC), která bude respektovat českou legislativu a kompetence sester. Závěry: Řešení projektu ověří metodický postup, jehož implementací v dalších ošetřovatelských specializacích bude možné doplnit mezery ve sběru validních a statisticky zpracovatelných dat ošetřovatelské praxe v ČR.

Aim: The aim of the project is to create a set of NANDA-Int. (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association) for nursing diagnostics in home care, to make up a relevant set of nursing interventions NIC and through a newly created electronic record to verify the utilization of both classificatory systems in home care. Methods: In autumn 2009 demographic and nursing data will be collected in a group of clients of a selected home care agency (approximately 200 respondents). Sets of tested NANDA-Int. nursing diagnoses and NIC interventions will be created by expert groups and then tested on the above mentioned group of respondents. Results: The purpose of the project is to verify the utilization of NANDA-Int. nursing classifications and NIC in home care and to implement their components into a nursing data electronic form. For established nursing problems a list of nursing interventions (NIC) will be made that will observe the Czech legislation and nurses´ competences. Conclusions: The realization of the project will verify a methodical procedure whose implementation in other nursing specializations will enable to fill in the “gaps“ in the collection of valid and statistically processable data in nursing practice in the Czech Republic.
