Článek má seznámit s indikacemi k léčbě PUVA terapií u kožních onemocnění a s jejím využitím k prevenci vzniku recidiv některých chorob. Uvedená schémata nejsou pevně daná a v literatuře se setkáváme s řadou jiných názorů, což odpovídá většin4 nou zkušenosti autorů s touto problematikou. v zásadě však lze říci, že se příliš od sebe tyto názory neliší.
The article makes the reader familiar with indications for PUVA treatment in skin diseases and its use in the prevention of relapses of soma diseases. The presented diagrams are not firmly stablished and in the literature we are faced also with other views which are usually based on the authors' experience with this problem. In general it may be however stated that these views do not differ fundamentally.
