Autoři uvádějí přehled základních členění pornografického materiálu dle jeho obsahu a jeho znaky, které jej diferencují od erotiky. Kategorizace, například na mírnou, explicitní a násilnou, je důležitá pro účely sexuologických výzkumů, kde pornografie slouží jako podnětový materiál. Specifičtější členění je u pornografie dětské, což je přínosné pro následnou soudněznaleckou činnost při posuzování deliktu. Dominujícím médiem je v posledních letech internet. Pornografie se na něm rozvinula do nových alternativních forem, jako je netporno, altporno či etické porno. Jde o inovativní přístupy porno průmyslu nejen ve snaze o co nejrealističtější vyobrazení sexuálních praktik, ale i o poskytnutí rovnějších a příjemnějších podmínek zúčastněným aktérům. Vzrůst obliby, díky větší autentičnosti, oproti klasické pornografii, je i u pornografie amatérské, kterou si aktéři natáčejí sami a umísťují ji následně na internet. Problematické však může být zveřejnění obsahu bez konsensu všech zúčastněných. I to se bohužel děje a jde o jeden z dalších nových fenoménů v pornografii - revenge porno.

The authors give an overview of the basic breakdown of pornographic material according to its content and its features that differentiate it from erotica. The categorizations, such as mild, explicit, and violent, are important for the purposes of sexological research, where pornography serves as stimulus material. A more specific categorisation is for child pornography, which is useful for subsequent forensic work in assessing the offence. The dominant medium in recent years has been the Internet. Pornography has evolved into new alternative forms such as netporn, altporn and ethical porn. These are innovative approaches by the porn industry, not only in an attempt to portray sexual practices as realistically as possible, but also to provide more equal and pleasurable conditions for the actors involved. Amateur pornography, which is filmed by the actors themselves and posted on the Internet, is also growing in popularity due to its greater authenticity compared to ́classic pornography ́. However, publishing content without the consensus of all those involved can be problematic. Unfortunately, this is also happening and is one of the other new phenomena in pornography - revenge porn.

INTRODUCTION: Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is more prevalent in men. Several studies suggested that higher testosterone levels were associated with a greater risk of OSA. We aimed to determine whether testosterone administration in transgender men would accentuate symptoms of OSA. METHODS: The study involved 94 adult people undergoing a female-to-male transition with testosterone administration. The participants answered the Berlin Questionnaire (BQ) and a separate question on snoring before starting testosterone treatment and after at least 1 year of being on testosterone treatment. RESULTS: A higher proportion of participants at the follow-up answered positively to the first category of BQ devoted to snoring. A lower proportion of participants at follow-up answered positively to the second category of BQ devoted to tiredness. The percentage of subjects with a high risk of sleep apnoea, according to BQ, and of those who answered the question on snoring positively did not change significantly. CONCLUSION: An increased number of transgender men who reported snoring in BQ after testosterone administration indicate a higher risk of OSA development.

Autoři se zabývají rozborem vlivu kognitivních aspektů sexuálního styku na zdravou funkci (především) ženské sexuality. Poukazují na roli pozornosti, subjektivních přesvědčení, ale i sociálních očekávání v kontextu sexuální spokojenosti. Klasické teorie spectatoringu či kognitivní interference jsou obohaceny o nové poznatky o kognitivních distraktorech - podnětech, které mohou jedince při sexuálním styku rozptylovat a v souhře s individuálními okolnostmi a emocemi tak dlouhodobě narušovat schopnost dosáhnout orgasmu. Autoři se zabývají též aktuálně dostupnými možnostmi měření kognitivních distraktorů ve formě rušivých myšlenek a poukazují na rozdíly mezi pohlavími, co se týče obsahu rušivých podnětů.

The authors try to analyse the influence of cognitive aspects of sexual intercourse on the healthy function of (primarily) female sexuality. They point to the role of attention, subjective beliefs and social expectations in the context of sexual satisfaction. Classical theories of spectatoring or cognitive interference are enriched with new knowledge about cognitive distractors - stimuli that can distract individuals during sexual intercourse and, in interaction with individual conditions and emotions, disrupt the ability to achieve orgasm in the long term. The authors also deal with the currently available options for measuring cognitive distractors in the form of intrusive thoughts and point to gender differences in the content of cognitive distractors.

Práce se zabývá psychologickými aspekty předstírání orgasmu. Toto klamavé chování nejčastěji vzniká při výskytu orgastické dysfunkce jedince. Autoři uvádějí prevalenci tohoto fenoménu, způsoby předstírání orgasmu a jeho jednotlivé souvislosti, které vyplývají z dosavadních studií v této oblasti. Jedinec může být k předstírání motivován vnějšími, vnitřními či vztahovými faktory, a proto jsou v práci rozebrány jednotlivé důvody vedoucí k tomuto chování. Dále jsou zde shrnuty souvislosti předstírání orgasmu s citovou vazbou jedince v dospělosti, partnerskou komunikací a spokojeností.

Authors introduce the psychological aspects of pretending orgasm. In most cases this deceptive behaviour is caused by sexual dysfunction. The prevalence of this phenomenon is discussed as well as the methods of pretending and other findings based on previous studies in this area. An individual may be motivated to pretend by circumstantial, internal, and relational factors, thus the authors discuss various reasons leading to this behaviour. Furthermore, associations of pretending orgasm with adult attachment, communication between partners and sexual satisfaction are summarized.

So far, only a limited number of representative studies have been conducted on exposure to sexually explicit media in women. Existing research tends to focus on men, who form the majority of users of sexually explicit materials. This research aimed at the identification of categories of sexually explicit videos sought by adult women in the Czech and Slovak Republics and the examination of variables associated with overall frequency of use of sexually explicit media. A stratified sample of Czech (N=400) and Slovak (N=413) women who confirmed the use of sexually explicit materials and were aged between 18–76 completed an online questionnaire through online panels of respondents. Participants reported the overall frequency of sexually explicit materials sought and its related measures. Using linear regression, authors tested associations between the frequency of sexually explicit videos sought and sociodemographic data, variables related to sexual behaviour, and lifetime experience with sexually explicit videos. Results showed a high prevalence of seeking sexually explicit videos that depict normative heterosexual and female homosexual activities. No significant differences were found between the Czech and Slovak samples in searching for particular sexually explicit content. Authors found that younger age, higher frequency of masturbation, and higher sociosexual attitude score (measured by SOI-R) predict a higher frequency of searches for sexually explicit videos in both samples. This is the first empirical investigation of sexually explicit video content sought by women in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The findings suggest that there is a high prevalence of sexually explicit materials use in women in both countries (Czech Republic = 60.4% vs. Slovak Republic = 62%), but further investigation is necessary to assess the impact of sexually explicit materials exposure on women.

Během posledních let došlo k výraznému nárůstu nových případů dětí a adolescentů s nesouladem rodu a pohlaví. Většina z nich je ve věku 15–17 let. Mnozí jedinci vyhledávají na doporučení sexuologa endokrinologickou péči. Příčina stoupajícího trendu není zcela jasná, liší se i některé postoje k navrženým postupům. Tento přehledový článek shrnuje současné přístupy a názory na péči o děti a adolescenty s nesouladem rodu a pohlaví, uvádí též současný stav v České republice.

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in new cases of children and adolescents with gender incongruence. Most of them are aged 15-17. Many individuals seek endocrine care on the recommendation of a sexologist. The cause of the rising trend is not entirely clear, some attitudes to the proposed procedures also differ. This overview article summarizes current approaches and opinions on the care of children and adolescents with gender incongruence, and also presents the current situation in the Czech Republic.
