The aim of this research was to investigate the macro- and microelements composition in the cerebrospinal fluid and in the blood serum of patients, with different consequences of TBI before and after complex treatment, with the use of endolumbal and intracystal introduction of ozone and pyracetam in dynamics. Macro- and microelements composition was investigated in the cerebrospinal fluid and serum of 83 patients. State of neurological disorders in patients evaluated by the Glasgow Outcome Scale was extended. Thus, positive changes may be noted in the metabolism of macro- and microelements in the blood serum and cerebrospinal fluid of patients who were treated according to our introductions of ozone.

812 children with nephrolithiasis were examined. Metabolism disorders were defined including, hypercalciuria and hypernatriuria in 37.3 2.4% of children, calciuria - in 62.5 5.3%, phosphaturia - in 26.6 2.5%, hyperoxaluria - in 83.1 1.76%, hand hyperuricosuria - in 51.7 4.7% have been fixed in 812 children with nephrolithiasis. In 80% events kidney stones contained 63-84% urinal calcium and oxalate acids. The study has revealed that kidney H secretion was decreased in all patients with nephrolithiasis accompanied with metabolic acidosis. The study has made possible to describe state of metabolism in patients with nephrolithiasis, define the occurrence frequency of the main metabolic disorders, and evaluate the importance of the specific biochemical investigations of this disease.

Electrical disruption in erythrocyte membranes and their microviscosity were defined in 194 patients with acute suppurative form of calculous pyelonephritis (CP) in 3 weeks and in 3 months after basic or metabolic therapy. 24 practically healthy children aged from 5 to 14 years were examined as well. Electrical disruption in erythrocyte membranes in practically healthy children occurred with index 135.4 mV. In patients with acute suppurative form of CP this index was 62.4 мV, in group of patients with acute serous form of CP - 73 мV , in children with latent form of CP - 78 мV. Considerable decrease of electrical membrane stability resulted in 43-46% of patients with acute suppurative form of CP in bilateral numerous stones, as compared with control group. Corrected role of complex using of vitamin coenzymes, antioxidants and antiaggregants stabilizes metabolic tubular acidosis of kidneys, blockades inflammatory process activity, inhibits formation of saline sediments (phosphates, oxalates, uric acid, calcium) and normalizes ion permeability of cellular membranes.
The paper studies morphological changes in the liver in different genotypes of chronic viral hepatitis “B” (HBV) in Uzbekistan. In examined patients with D genotype, 7.4% showed the minimum activity of pathological process, 48.2% - low, 25.9% - moderate and 18.5 % - the pronounced activity of pathological process. Results in patients with the C-genotype were following: low activity in 33.3%, moderate activity - in 16.7%, pronounced activity - in 50% of patients. Among patients with A-genotype of HBV 25% - revealed the minimal activity of pathological process, 50% - low, 12.5% - moderate and 12.5% - marked activity. It is necessary to notice that at patients with C genotype HVB disease proceeds more hard with more pronounced pathomorphological changes in comparison with D and A -genotypes.

Hyperparathyroid crisis (HPT) in children suffering from urine stone disease is developed because of fast and acute raise of calcium content in blood. Diagnostics and treatment process of children with urine stone disease and further developed HPT was examined. The crisis developed due to a sharp increase in concentration of parathyroid hormone in blood serum. Due to successful diagnostics and treatment, two patents were cured, and, because of late entering and HPT complications with comatose state, the taken treatment was not successful.

The paper describes results of the retrospective analysis of 52 children sick with nefrolitiasis of hyperparathyroid etiology. The authors study degree of bone demineralization related with primary hyperparathyroidism (PGPT) in children. The examination of alkalized phosphatase and echoosteometry gives possibility to evaluate the degree of bone tissue demineralization and to differentiate PGPT by forms and disease stage. Hyperparathyroidism contributes to development of bone tissue demineralization with the different intensity connected with physical burden on bone matrix. Indicators characterizing bone tissue changes were higher in children with mixed PGPT form (affection of kidney and bone). Particularly pronounced manifestations of bone disease indicators are noted in children with the deteriorating kidney function.

In modern oncological orthopaedics, an active search for the optimal concept for the design of the manufacture of artificial joints and fixation parts of endoprostheses of rare anatomical areas continues, along with the development of techniques for performing operations. The functional capabilities of patients after segmental resection of the proximal and distal femur significantly outweigh the patients after total femoral bone replacement, even with extensive resection. The preservation of the muscular apparatus of the upper and middle part of the femur with diaphysis-preserving total endoprosthetics, minimizes the risks of hip joint luxation, it is important to achieve similar functional results with segmental resection of the femur.
