Stále rostoucí počet diabetiků v naší populaci klade vysoké nároky na screeningová vyšetření očního pozadí ve všech oftalmologických zařízeních. Tento problém se vyskytoval i v oční ambulanci centra diabetologie IKEM. Pro zjednodušení, urychlení a zpřesnění vyšetření očního pozadí u nemocných diabetem byl vytvořen jednoduchý uživatelsky příjemný program propojený s digitální kamerou a plně kompatibilní s lékařským informačním systémem IKEM (ZLATOKOP).
A growing number of diabetics in our population pose high demands on the screening of the fundus in all ophthalmologic departments. This problem also occurred in the ophthalmological outpatient department IKEM. A simple friendly-use software connected to the digital camera and fully compatible with the medical information system called Zlatokop (Prospector) has been created in IKEM. Its main purpose is to simplify, accelerate and clarify the examination of the fundus in diabetic patients.
