Autoři sledují změny likvorového tlaku (CSFP) v lumbální oblasti během intrakraniálních operací pro tumory mozku. Subarachnoidální prostor kanilují ve výši L3-LA katétrem Concord Portex, který napojují na tlakový převodník Stathamova typu. Po intravenómím úvodu Thiopentalem/Diprivanem pokračují v inhalační anestezii Foranem, Narcotanem nebo TIVA Diprivanem. Zjišťují charakteristické změny CSFP, MAP a CPP během anestezie a operace, které však v žádném případě nevybočují z referenčních mezí.
The authors monitor the changes of cerebrospinal fluid pressure (CSFP) in lumbar region during intracranial operations for brain tumors. Subarachnoid space was cannulated in L3-L4 space using Concord Portex catheter connected to the Statham's type pressure transducer. After induction with Thiopental/Diprivan, anesthesia was maintained with isoflurane, halothane or with Diprivan as TIVA. They monitor characteristic changes of CSEP, MAP and CPP during anesthesia and operation, which in no way exceed reference interval.
