Je zkoumán vliv dvou různých postupů resuscitace hemodynamiky u nově vzniklé těžké septické ataky na celkovou hemodynamiku a parametry vnitřního prostředí. Je zkoumán vliv resuscitace celotělové hemodynamiky na metabolizmus laktátu a další fyziologické parametry orgánů splanchnické oblasti a ledvin.; The impact of two different hemodynamic resuscitation strategies in newly diagnosed septic attack on whole body hemodynamics and metabolic parameters is studied. The impact of two different hemodynamic resuscitation strategies in newly diagnosed septic attack on lactate metabolism and further parameters of splanchnic organs and kidneys is studied.

Otevírací manévr (OM) je součástí léčby syndromu akutní dechové tísně dospělých. V projektu plánujeme zhodnocení vlivu OM na slachnickou cirkulaci pomocí saturace ve v. hepaticy a měřením hepatosplanchnického průtoku.; Opening manoeuvre /OM) is a part of treatment for the acute respiratory distress syndrome in adults. In our project we plan to evaluate the effects of accurately performed OM and its impcat on splanchnic circulation.
