Inkontinence moči člověka společensky hendikepuje a významně tak snižuje kvalitu jeho života. V listopadu 2011 byla v Krajské nemocnici Liberec a.s. založena poradna zaměřená na rehabilitační léčbu inkontinence. Poradna se zabývá různými typy inkontinence, zejména však inkontinencí stresovou, kde je rehabilitace ve většině případů metodou první volby. Jde zde o poruchu převážně svalovou. Terapie je tedy cílená na svaly pánevního dna a jejich funkci, zejména stabilizační a sfinkterovou. Cílem tohoto článku je představení naší poradny, shrnutí jejího fungování v období jednoho roku a prezentace dat získaných dotazníkovou metodou. Zároveň bychom chtěly upozornit na efektivní možnost ovlivnění stresové inkontinence pomocí specializované a cílené fyzioterapie.
People who suffer from urinary incontinence are socially handicapped and their quality of life is significantly reduced. For this reason Since November, 2011, the Consulting Room of the Regional hospital of Liberec has been focusing on incontinence. Counseling is primarily targeted towards stress incontinence where the rehabilitation is the first choice. The therapy is oriented mainly at muscle function disorders. The emphasis is on the muscles of the pelvic floor and the disorders of their function as stabilization and sphincters. The purpose/aim of this study is to introduce our Consulting Room including a summary of its operation in the year along with the presentation of data obtained using questionnaires. We would like also to draw attention to the posibility of effective way of influencing stress incontinence using specialized and targeted physiotherapy.

Telemonitoring krevního tlaku spočívá v elektronickém přenosu hodnot tlaku naměřených pacientem v domácím prostředí do centrální databáze. Lékaři jsou tyto hodnoty kdykoli přístupné a může na ně rychle reagovat doporučením úpravy terapie. V randomizovaných studiích vedlo použití telemonitoringu k výraznějšímu poklesu tlaku a lepší kontrole hypertenze než u standardní léčby. Telemonitoring zlepšuje spolupráci pacientů a pravděpodobně vede i ke snížení výskytu kardiovaskulárních příhod u hypertoniků. Širšímu rozšíření telemonitoringu v současné době brání zejména vyšší pořizovací cena zařízení.
Home blood pressure telemonitoring allows patients to take their blood pressure, store the data, and then transmit it electronically to a healthcare provider. Data is immediately available to the doctor, who can recommend changes in treatment based on blood pressure measurements taken. Research to date shows that home blood pressure telemonitoring leads to a greater reduction in blood pressure and improved hypertension control compared to standard treatment. It also improves patient compliance and possibly also leads to a reduction in cardiovascular events. The wider use of blood pressure telemonitoring is currently hampered by the relatively high cost of blood pressure telemonitoring devices.

V článku se zabýváme základními pravidly počítačového zpracování dat získaných prostřednictvím povrchové elektromyografie. Poukazujeme na důležitost správného nastavení jednotlivých parametrů rychlé Fourierovy transformace, která patří mezi základní metody spektrální analýzy biologických signálů.
