Výchozí stav: Integracní platforma je základním technickým prostredkem pro realizaci interoperabilního elektronického zdravotního záznamu (EHR). Cíle: Naším cílem je analýza funkcionálního clenení integracní platformy a jeho vazby na definované úrovne interoperability. Metody: Na modelových prípadech overíme, zda je možné definovat jednoduchou závislost mezi prípady užití EHR a technologickými funkcionalitami integracní platformy. Výsledky: Experimentálne zjistíme, že závislost existuje a lze s ní pracovat. Závery: Výsledky budou diskutovány s ohledem na možnosti zobecnení metody, její praktické používání a další výzkum v této oblasti.

Background: Integration platform is a basic technical tool realizing an interoperable Electronic Health Record (EHR). Objectives: Our goal is an analysis of the integration platform functional structure and its relations to defined interoperability levels. Methods: The existence possibility of a simple dependency between EHR use cases and integration platform technical functions will be tested on the models. Results: The experiments will result into a proof of existence of this dependency and into a possibility to work with it. Conclusions: The results will be discussed according to opportunity to generalize this method, to use it practically and develop further research in this domain.

Integration platform is a basic technical tool for realizing an interoperable Electronic Health Record (EHR). Our goal is to interrelate the knowledge about interoperability, the functions required for an EHR system and the formalized best practises for an integration platform. An evaluation method has been developed, testing dependencies between EHR use cases and logic implemented in the integration platform has been tested on the HL7 EHR System Functional Model. A dependency has been identified and is discussed in this article.

Systém kognitivní, resp. kognitivně-behaviorální terapie (KBT) lze na teoretické úrovni kompatibilně integrovat s interpretačním modelem transakční analýzy (TA). Dysfunkční kognitivních procesy, kognitivní omyly a katastrofické scénáře lze chápat jako funkce zejména ego stavu "podřízeného Dítěte". Maladaptivní kognitivní schémata se vytváří především v dětství, v důsledku nepříznivých "nahrávek" stavů ega "Dítěte", "Rodiče" a interakcí mezi nimi. Vliv mají životní traumata. Hlavním integračním činitelem v rámci terapeutické procedury může být stav ega "Dospělého", který vystupuje jako prostředník tzv. dovolení nebo tzv. kognitivní restrukturalizace. Asertivní jednání lze určit jako kooperaci stavů ega "přirozeného Dítěte" a "Dospělého".

Dysfunctional cognitive processes, cognitive mistakes and catastrophic scenarios can be a function especially of "inferior Child" as a status of ego. Maladaptive cognitive schemes are created primarily in childhood, by unfavourable "recordings" of statuses ego of "Child", "Parent ´´and interactions between them. Living shocks are influential too. Main integrative factor in terms of therapeutic procedure can be ego status of "Adult" which is a middleman of so-called permission and cognitive reclassification. Assertivity can be determined by ego statuses of "free Child" and "Adult".

Lidé se zrakovým postižením tvoří různorodou skupinu osob se sníženou nebo chybějící funkcí vidění. Kvalita zrakového vnímání je zjišťována měřením vizu a zorného pole. Určitou kompenzaci zde zajišťují zejména zbývající smysly – hmat, sluch, čich, chuť; psychické činnosti – myšlení, paměť, představivost, tvořivost a kompenzační pomůcky – pro sebeobsluhu, prostorovou orientaci a samostatný pohyb, práci s texty a grafickými informacemi aj. Pro zvýšení kvality života těchto osob jsou realizována určitá systémová řešení (v oblasti zdravotnictví, vzdělávání a školství, sociálního zabezpečení, zaměstnanosti, přístupnosti fyzického prostředí, přístupu k informacím a kulturnímu dědictví atd.). Typy intervencí a poskytování podpůrných služeb (pro vyrovnávání příležitostí osob se zrakovým postižením) se liší v závislosti na věku (raná péče, integrované vzdělávání a vzdělávání ve školách pro žáky se zrakovým postižením, průvodcovské a předčitatelské služby, zařízení pro poskytování služeb sociální rehabilitace atd.) dané osoby se zrakovým postižením. Předložená kazuistika nastiňuje problematiku vyrovnávání se s náhlým zrakovým postižením a pokusy/přístupy o následnou integraci.

People with visual disabilities are a diverse group of people with reduced or absent function of vision. The quality of visual perception is determined by measuring visual acuity and visual field. Provide some compensation here especially the remaining senses - touch, hearing, smell, taste, mental activity - thinking, memory, imagination, creativity and mobility aids - for self-care, spatial orientation and independent movement, working with text and graphic information, etc. To increase quality of life of these people are implemented certain system solutions (in health, education and learning, social security, employment, accessibility to the physical environment, access to information and cultural heritage, etc.). Types of interventions and support services (for equalization of opportunities of persons with visual disabilities) varies depending on the age (early intervention , integrated education and training in schools for pupils with visual impairment, guide and reader services, facilities for the provision of social rehabilitation, etc.) the persons with visual disabilities. The present case report outlines the problems of coping with sudden visual impairment and experiments/ approaches the subsequent integration.
